CONCEPT
Renowned conservation architects Simpson and Brown were commissioned to design six modern country homes providing a range of accommodation within four conversions and two new build houses.
Each property is unique in terms of its elevations, layout and internal features. Bespoke fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms are provided with each house, designed to meet individual purchaser’s requirements, along with underfloor heating, feature lighting and a computer home network solution for modern living.
The overriding design aim has been to build six contemporary country homes which are sympathetic to the surrounds and character of the site whilst creating spaces and features which support modern living.
All six properties were sold off plan and completed in 2004.
